acai fruit extract
acai (pronounced ah-SIGH-ee) is a purple berry that grows on palm trees in the Amazon Rainforest. It is loaded with antioxidants, healthy omega fats, fiber and protein and has been called one of the most nutritious fruits on the planet. It’s been reported to have 10 times the antioxidant power of grapes and twice that of blueberries!

acerola extract
acerola (also know as a barbados cherry), is a tropical fruit-bearing shrub native to the West Indies, northern South America and India. The fruit is bright red and juicy, often as much sour as sweet in flavor, and very high in vitamin C and other nutrients. Some have said that acerola can contain up to 4000 mg Vitamin C per gram of fresh weight. Oranges provide 500 to 4,000 parts per million Vitamin C or ascorbic acid, while Acerola ranges 16,000 to 172,000 parts per million.

goji berry extract
goji berries (also known as wolfberry) grow on an evergreen shrub found in temperate and subtropical regions in China, Mongolia and in the Himalayas in Tibet. These red berries are rich in antioxidants, particularly carotenoids such as beta-carotene and zeaxanthin. It’s been reported that goji berries are richer in protein than whole wheat; contain 500 times more vitamin C than oranges and have a higher Carotene B content than carrots!

maracuja extract
maracuja (passionflower) is indigenous to many tropical and semi-tropical areas - from South America to North America. Several species of Passiflora have been domesticated for the production of their edible fruit. The yellow, gelatinous pulp inside the fruit is eaten out of hand, as well as mixed with water and sugar to make drinks, sherbet, jams and jellies, and even salad dressings. Indigenous tribes throughout the Amazon have long used passionflower leaves for its sedative and pain-relieving properties; the fruit is used as a heart tonic and to calm coughs.

pomegranate extract
pomegranate is a fruit-bearing deciduous shrub growing to 5– 8 m tall. The pomegranate is native to the region from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran to the Himalayas in northern India and has been cultivated and naturalized over the whole Mediterranean region since ancient times. The fruit extract has a high concentration of antioxidants and vitamin C. Some studies have shown that the juice of the pomegranate has about three times the antioxidant power of green tea and red wine!
• beautifying properties: reduces inflammation and redness in skin and has been known to reduce wrinkles and regenerate skin cells.
